I have been thinking about how to write about myself. Let me start by re-framing the question a bit, which I think will make this challenge a little more revealing. Question: What really matters most to me in my life? My answer is having relationships, and evolving to become the best version of myself. I have spent the first half of my life learning how to grow intellectually and financially. But now, my primary focus has shifted to growing spiritually and finding someone special with whom to share the remainder of my life. I strive to be open to possibilities. A book that has been a useful tool for me recently is the "7 Levels of Intimacy" by Mathew Kelly. He states that intimacy is a willingness to know, and be known by each other. The greatest gift two people can give to one another is sharing our hopes, dreams, fears, and vulnerabilities. "Transparency" allows us to be seen, & to be heard without judgment. This is highest level of intimacy that we humans are probably capable of achieving.
One of the people that I admire most in my time was Steve Jobs. He gave a commencement speech at Stanford and he talked about "connecting the dots". He says with hindsight, that we discover all the steps we took in life were necessary to be where we are today. "Without the balance of failure and success, there would be no growth." It’s my belief that Steve had many great insights because he had to face the end of his life, in the prime of his life. These events force us into the NOW, and to live fully in the present moment. It’s my opinion, growth should be a constant in our lives. I have confidence that when I find a new partner, we will work side by side in motivating and supporting each other. I believe this growth process will deepen our connection. If you share the same goal of becoming the best version of yourself; if you are spiritually connected; soft with compassion; alive with gratitude; possess inner & outer natural beauty; are not defined by designer labels; can find joy in simplicity; have a zest for travel; possess the time and independence to be spontaneous; values health & fitness; and are confident to be your authentic self; come take my hand, & let's go exploring this wonderful planet together.

Hello there, my name is Sean. I am 26 years old, and I am currently a college student majoring in engineering (bachelors). I would characterize myself as very conscientious, kind, hardworking, and ambitious. At first, I may be a bit shy, but after I get to know and trust a person, I am very loyal, fun, and outgoing. A typical day for me would be working on engineering projects at school and at my current job. Outside of school and work, I like being physically active by running, lifting weights, surfing, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I am also geeky haha. I often go to a cafe and study/read about physics, programming, philosophy (existentialism), psychology (jungian), and more while enjoying a cup of coffee. For fun, I like to travel and experience new places and cultures, watch a movie, and hang out with friends. Ultimately, the reason why I am on this site is to find a woman that I can matrimonially commit to and have a meaningful relationship with. I am open to meaningful friendships as well. What is Love? I am a big fan of Jordan Peterson. I watch his videos almost everyday, and I try to learn from his plethora of wisdom. One of my favorites quotes from him is his general definition of Love. He says that to Love is to truly want the best for what wants the best in you. To Love is to not be on the side of you that is aimed at your defeat; it is to be on the side of you that is struggling towards the light. Essentially, the purpose of this website is to provide a platform that allows people to search for and find Love, but what does Love mean to you? How should a man act out Love to a woman?
