This is probably the hardest thing for a man to do. Particularly this one. I know on these sites the men look at the picture first and then read the profile and the women read the profile first and then look at the picture. Usually the women have a long profile while the the guy has a short paragraph. So I am making an effort here ladies. I am a lot better at this in person plus I don't think I am very photogenic.
