We have a lot of fun. We treat each other with respect and we care about each other so even the difficult conversations are that much easier. We value each others emotions and make efforts to consider them. We laugh a lot. He is the best at Dad jokes. We flip between very serious issues to complete frivolity in our conversations. We both enjoy sharing interests with each other and while we both have "our things" that we do the other takes enough interest to get involved. I can rely on him. I know all I have to do is phone or text and he will be there if I need him. Doesn't matter what time of day it is he will be on his way. Because of all of this we enjoy being together. Doesn't matter if we are working or sat quietly watching a film or going out on a date or trying out some new fun activity. We just enjoy being together.
